<aside> 💡 Is Alibaba running into external competition by making a talent system? In fact, Ali's current working condition has turned into a big ecosystem. We have encountered a very heavy problem: “How can the thinking of the talent itself evolve?” Only through the evolution of thinking can we improve the competitiveness of the so-called enterprise. What we are doing is not to compete in terms of talent, but to continue to realize our own value. I took on the work of Alibaba's UED University, which itself is to help internal students find ways to learn on their own. After all, this is a company that is going to be in business for 102 years, and we can't use a single way to avoid the arrival of new technology parts. So we have to find our own power to keep moving forward.
Talking about this in terms of the company's ecology, most people recognize us as a company that has done a lot of things, but we have to look at it in a simple way. The ecology is symbiotic and mutually supportive, and the challenges of the work itself that we face are different in the external part. But we will think about what is changing in this ecological process.

Tools like FUSION and Magic Shadow exemplify this transformation, enabling designers to streamline their workflow and focus on creative tasks rather than routine operations.
The future of UX design at Alibaba is being shaped by the integration of big data, AI, and brand experience. The company recognizes that while user habits and interface frameworks have created certain expectations in e-commerce, the challenge lies in evolving these experiences thoughtfully. This involves understanding different user segments (such as the rising male consumer base in e-commerce) and creating experiences that feel human and responsive while maintaining familiar interaction patterns. The approach is categorized into three perspectives: following the crowd, following expertise, and following oneself, which helps in understanding various consumer scenarios and behaviors.
